To me, working from home is not only by earning money from the internet. If I really save up a lot, I will get myself some shop lots or houses and rent them out to collect rental from tenants. It’s really a good side income, if you can get the right property and good credit tenants too.

I guess it’s not easy to find the right properties, and with only limited money to start with, I have to think twice before I start on this to avoid myself from getting into debts, instead of earning money from it. I’m looking for assets not liabilities.

Thus, I might talk to real estate agents and get their opinions before I act. If there are real estate sites online, that may help me out in gathering the information too. Too bad we don’t have local real estate sites which is a good as Cary NC Real Estate. If we do, it will be so much convenient to me!
