Previously, I operated a learning centre under a company’s franchise. There were more than 200 centres in Malaysia and most of us kept in touch and helping each other out when we met with an issue. However, the company was not doing quite well now, and most of us dropped out from our contracts.

After paying a huge sum of money for the franchise, we needed to come out with the capital. On top of that, the operating cost was not cheap either. Imagine we had to call to HQ in KL frequently and to other centres in other states, it’s just too much for any small business to bear.

If only they have VoIP Small Business Phone Systems set up for all of us, then we could save up a lot on phone bill. And if so, we might not be struggling hard to sustain the business and might consider continuing the contract.

Oh well, too bad. We had decided to quit!
