Retrenchment
Recently, I heard a few cases of people getting a retrenchment. If the compensation is good, there should not be a big issue as they can still sustain themselves while looking for new jobs. But one of my mum’s neighbours was not that lucky.
He’s been jobless for the past 3 months, and he was a nice car and a new house under installments. Firstly, I don’t know why he bought a house for RM150K and got a RM100K loan to renovate it. Yes, the house looks very nice, but if he can’t afford the renovation, then just forget the renovation, why should he get a loan for that? Luckily, it’s a personal loan from his sister, but he still needs to pay her back by installment. He can’t delay the payment for too long.
Anyway, if he still can’t get a job, the house should worth a lot after the renovation. All he need to do is just ask a real estate marketing consultant (www.rismedia.com/services/meeting-and-branding-solution) to sell it off for him. No big deal huh?
