One of the reason why I refused to renew the contract of my franchise is I don’t see there cooperation from one centre to another, and even the support from HQ is very weak. Those complains that we made to HQ were not being followed up. The meetings conducted for all the centres were not being attended by all, and most of the time, only the active franchisers are doing all the promotion activities for the whole state.
