Even if we have no intention of getting a house soon, but I like checking out the latest show houses and the price of the newly built housing estate. Both hubby and I prefer to have a bungalow, as comparing to link houses, thus we have to make more money in order to own our dream house. However, with the price of houses increasing every year, I guess we will need to save more money to get our house in the future. Furthermore, we have to consider the second value of the house, just in case if we need to sell it off in the future.
