I’m so glad to hear that my friend’s husband is going back to his business, after being out of business for a few months. Luckily, they have a healthy saving to sustain their lifestyle and expenses, but they were not having the luxurious life as before. Besides, they haven’t started paying for their mortgages, the new houses that they bought before the business crashes.

Even if they are fully aware of remortgages, but that worries them too because they still have to spend more on the installments and that will drain their savings further. I guess they better get a mortgage insurance to better secure their future, just in case her husband is having a business crash again.

But there is only one bad news about this, he is too busy setting up the business again and they might not be joining us to Bali, even if they flight and hotel had been paid!
