Some of us have dreams of being a landlord and making a living by collecting rentals from tenants. But if I have the money to buy some many properties in a shot, I will not get all of them in commercialized areas. I may get some houses or apartments at tourist spots and rent them out to tourists who are interested to stay in rental homes.

I will probably put up the details of my rental homes at website like TinySurf.com which offers Free vacation rental listings. Most of the tourists will check for more information online when they are planning for a trip now. If the site is being ranked well in search engine, then my rental homes will have a higher possibility of being found.

But for the time being, I don’t have the money to invest in rental homes yet. I can only afford to be a customer. LOL! But it’s still nice to have a few days stay at Telluride vacation rental because I am curious about how nice the rental homes. Maybe I can just refer the deco of the house so that I have a better idea on how to decorate mine later huh?

But when can I be a landlord? :p
