My partners thought that the main reason why I wanted to leave our learning center is because I do well with my blogs. But firstly, let me get things straight. I don’t like teaching, I have never did. I can do it well if I want to but it’s not my ideal kind of job. Secondly, the business is really bad. It was good in the beginning, but once it slowed down, I lost my interest. To me a business is a business, if it’s not making money, keep me out of it.

On top of that, we have some management and parents related issue too. You cannot make sure that every parent is satisfied with the results of their children, unless we have a Survey Software to conduct a study on this. Sometimes, what we have in mind might not be the same as what the parents think. A customer satisfaction survey is the best way to understand them better.

Seriously, if the center would to be operated well, someone has to be there from morning till night. But since none of us can do it, why should we continue?
