A friend of mine is migrating to Australia soon. I asked what are her plans for her business, but she has not come out with a solid decision yet. Nonetheless, her family has already started investing in some properties in Brisbane since they migrated earlier than her. She won’t have to worry about financial stability because her father will be able to support her while she’s looking for a job.

But I think it’s best for her to manage the properties for her parents since they are still managing the rentals in conventional ways.
