I may not be the best person to discuss about debt management as I don’t have much to deal with. If I don’t shop, the most I have to pay on monthly basis is my insurance and the zero percent payment of my new camera and laptop. Frankly, it’s not a lot as comparing to what others are paying. I have the habit of paying off everything as soon as the monthly statement arrives and hubby used to laugh at how I silly I was with my credit cards. But I think I am handling the plastic cards very well, even if I’m not working, I don’t have to worry about getting any debt help.

However, if you are facing a lot of stress dealing with your credit card debts or loans, you might consider getting a debt relief. Just get your credit report from the banks and review how much debt you are in. If you need more advice on how to deal with the debt, you can check out  Onlinedebthelp.org for more information. It’s a non-profit debt consolidation company that will help you to better control your debt and be financially independent as soon as possible.

I went through some of the articles and I found that I’m quite debt savvy. When I need any money urgent, I don’t think about loan in the first place. I might try my luck on getting the money from company’s account, but it would be consider as advance payment and I need to repay the money later. But if this is not working, I will consider getting a personal loan. By all means, this is the last resort. I don’t feel comfortable getting loans unless I have a stable job that pays the bills. It’s too risky depending on my unstable income. But like what it’s written on Onlinedebthelp.org:

Debts are mainly caused due to improper planning of the finances. If you spend more than what you can save or even earn then you may land up into debt.

So, just control your spending.
