Using Cash Loan To Settle Credit Card Debt
I just made another big purchase this afternoon. If it’s not because of hubby’s secure income, I will be in deep financial trouble if I keep spending like this! I have always been a big spender, since the day I started working and making my own money. Maybe it’s because I didn’t have to pay for cars or houses, so I could just spend as much as I want on myself. But nonetheless, I’m not working now, so I have to watch my spending well.
Luckily, I have always made it a point of buying with cash. If I use my credit cards, I will try to pay the full amount every month so that I don’t have outstanding balance that comes with 18% interest per year. However, not everyone can afford to pay that much. Some of my friends have to rely on cash loan to repay the credit card debts since it’s not hard to get a cash advance these days.
I’ve just attended a talk about credit card debts days ago and there are other options on how to settle the outstanding balance now. It might be better than getting a cash loan as the interest rate is significantly lower than the market rate. But I don’t think most of my friends are aware about this. No wonder they are still depending on cash loans.
