Don’t Sit All Day
One of the thing I don’t like about blogging is I will be sitting for long hours to manage my blogs. Luckily, my days of “serious” blogging are over and I have more lively activities for myself now. Some bloggers gain weight once they are hooked with blogging, so it’s best to get some exercise a few times a week but not just sitting at the same spot.
If you just can’t jog a mile, get the Miami Heat Tickets and enjoy yourself some nice games of NBA. Make sure that you don’t sit throughout the game and stand and cheer for every point scored. I bet you will be sitting and standing every few minutes until you are soaked up with sweats. Who said that exercise has to be boring?
