My gal scratched my keyboard some time ago, and it’s getting worse. I finally called up Dell and arranged for a replacement. I just can’t bear to those rusty spots on the keyboard every time I type.

Yesterday, the service guy from Dell came and replaced the keyboard for me. It didn’t take long for the replacement to be done, and voila, I have a brand new keyboard for my XPS!

Now, I better make sure that my kids are not messing up with my Dell. They have a toy laptop but they are more interested in a real laptop! I hate to see another scratches on my Dell again. If it’s too ugly, I would just buy another laptop and give this to my kids. :P
