We still haven’t set up the company precisely yet as there are other issues which we are dealing now and everything takes time to be solved. We already have our customer base, but we are hoping to build more and run the business as soon as possible. However, for tax purposes and due to visa constraint, we can’t operate the business smoothly yet.

If we are running a business in UK, maybe we can look for an umbrella company from Umbrella Supermarket which offers an intensive list of umbrella companies in UK. If you can’t set up your own limited company now, an umbrella company is always an option where it will issue invoices on your behalf and collect payments from your clients. The administration fees are not as costly as before after the introduction of  IR35.
