Books On Learning Thai
We bought a few books about Thai language, and after going through a few of them, I personally think that these 2 are the best.
The first book is Thai for Beginners that emphasizes on speaking, listening, reading and writing. I only go through the speaking and listening part and yet to learn about the Thai alphabet. It’s really complicated to me, and I think I won’t be able to pick up the reading part so soon. The CD helps a lot, but still, it’s best if you can speak to someone in Thai to master the language.

The other book is actually a dictionary called Benjawan Thai-English. I bring it around during our stay in Bangkok and it’s truly helpful. It’s easier to communicate with the Thais with this dictionary around, and we can understand each other better too.
If you are traveling to Thailand soon, you might want to get these books.
