I found out about the increase of petrol price yesterday evening, and all of a sudden, everyone around me was rushing to the petrol kiosks immediately. Hubby came to pick me up and like the rest of the crowd, he headed for the petrol station too. Thank god our truck is using diesel so there wasn’t any queue at the pump. As for other cars, they were queuing up at 3 lanes of the roads and waiting for their turns at 3 petrol stations along the road. Can you imagine how congested the traffic was?

I guess most people would get into this frenzy too since the petrol price is up to RM0.78/litre and diesel is selling at RM1/litre now. Just make a simple calculation and you will know how much you are paying more for your car. Don’t forget that we might be paying more for electricity from next month onward, and the petrol price will be revised every month! Gosh, I really feel like leaving Malaysia soon. LOL!

I think most families will plan their financial expenses well. Everything will be more expensive soon. The only thing which is not increasing is our salary, so we need to stretch our money further. Thus, you better savor those free toiletries from baby gifts or any second handed stuffs you can get if you have kids. I think it’s best to eat at home on most of the days as eating out can be really costly too.
