An Apartment Not Worth Buying
Someone is asking us to buy his apartment over from him to avoid him from being sued by the bank and avoiding foreclosure. We can’t help much since we don’t get anything from this deal, and furthermore, it’s really none of our business even if he is related to us. Why would we get ourself a mortgage loan for a house which is not having a good return in rental? It’s only one of those units from the apartment lots which failed to be university township. The demand for the houses is pretty low, so it’s not a good investment.
Besides that, we are not staying in Malaysia so what’s the point of getting that unit? Unless it’s something worth investing in, then we might give it a thought.

Helloo,
My only advice; if you cannot see your investment, why bother buying?. I am also trying to buy another apartment to rent out; I am only interested in those which are 5 to 10 minutes away. You will travel less when the tenants are facing problems.
Cheers.
Dennis.
