Most of the operation in BIL’s office is running manually, so human errors are unavoidable. I wonder if we should go for IT management in the future when the new company is working well? At least most of the operation is computerized and it will be easier for us to keep track of some aspects like purchasing and delivery. Currently, the office administrative clerk is doing all the jobs and if she is absent, I don’t think there is anyone can handle her job well.
