We have done a few interviews in hiring some staffs, but it’s not as easy as it seen. Most of them can speak simple English, but I think we will have a communication problem later if we need them to follow specific instruction. Either if we can speak fluent Thai language, or we have to cross our fingers in hiring those people who can speak English well! I can’t imagine having chicken to duck talks at the office. *roll eyes*

Anyway, we have shortlisted a few candidates, and by all means, we should be able to finalize the staffs within these few days. We have to hire them fast since we are not too busy in marketing yet, so we will have more time in training them up.

Hopefully, we will at least get a salesman who can work well.
