I love my Dell XPS M1210, but the battery sucks! My first battery died down in less than a year, but now, the second one is not functioning well too. Even if the battery is fully charged, it dies out in less than 10 minutes. Furthermore, I don’t leave the battery attached if I’m using the power cord, thus it’s not being over charged. Anyway, maybe it’s not supposed to last for more than a year so that we, the customers, have to purchase the batteries over and over again?

The Dell website in Thailand doesn’t seem helpful at all, so I had to log a complaint to Dell Malaysia. I hope that I will get a reply on Monday, and see if they can ship the battery over to me in Bangkok. I think the battery should cost a few hundred ringgits, and I can probably get myself a carton of diet supplements with the same amount of money.

Gee…I’m going to have another big hope in my pocket again!
