Stand More
I try not to sit on my chair soon after my lunch. I will type standing up. Read standing up. Talk to hubby stand up, even if I can just sit and turn my chair around.
Comparing to the days when I used to work as an engineer and trainer, I hardly had time to sit. It’s all about standing, walking, and rushing here and there. No wonder I ate so much and I hardly put on weight! Right now, my work is so stagnant, I think my b*tt got bigger. LOL! I really need a fat burner!!!
I could just join the gym and head for exercise during lunch hour, but I hate gym. And I can’t find a yoga center nearby. Sigh…
So, I better sit less, stand more, walk more and most importantly, EAT LESS!
