I’ve never thought that I will be in sales and marketing, nor customer service representative work. Before that, I thought that I would just work as an engineer, talking to machines more than human. But by running my own biz, I have to change my mentality and bold myself in meeting up with customers. I have to deal with their complains, if any, or anything related to our products.

I’ve just got an issue which I have no idea how to solve either. LOL! I shall just put it aside until next week. Right now, my brain is fried.
