All Done
During my trip back home last week, I managed to renew my passport, update some banking details and renew my latest info to our insurance agencies. Hubby and I are still using our previous coverage back home, and I don’t think I will cut them off even if it’s a big rip off of $$$.
Getting an insurance is like paying for a sense of security, just in case if there is a bad incident, we can still have extra cash to pay for the medical bills. That’s why I would rather cut down on other expenses but not our insurance coverage, unless both of us are millionaires and don’t worry about money anymore.
But we haven’t got our kids their insurance here in Thailand, all I need is probably hospitalization and personal accident coverage. Due to language barrier, it’s hard to get a good agent to explain everything in detailed to me. That’s why I can’t easily Shop Insurance like I did previously in my home country. Forget about asking me about disability insurance too because I’m not sure if it exists in this country!
Anyway, we can still afford the expenses for our kids. So it’s not an urgent issue.
