But hopefully, I will be able to expand our biz and own our office building soon. It doesn’t have to be big but just 3 rooms and a storage room with steel shelving. I’m thinking about town houses, which are nicely situated in non flooded areas!

That’s why I must work harder this year. It’s going to be a busy year for us!

Nevertheless, I won’t stress myself too much so that I won’t lose my mind and resolve to any nonsense and end up in luxury top rehab centers. :P

I just have to work harder and lead my team better.

Nonetheless, it’s pretty close, and I’m pleased about the company’s performance. We have to do better as we are running on high overhead cost now. But my new staff is very good, so far she’s good at her work even if she’s inexperienced.

Now, we have to plan for next month’s sales.

Hooray!!! It’s not a big number though but I’m happy about it. :) That means it’s progressing and growing, and it’s what I’d prayed and work for the whole year. So this year, I should work harder. Without hubby’s here to support me, it’s all on my own and my staffs now.

I was predicted that I will get pregnant, but seriously, I can’t do it this year!!! No baby shower invitations from me until things have gone better and more $$$ is coming in. :)

I hope that this year will yearn a higher profit.

As much as I am covered by social service, but it’s not a lot. And I don’t think the Medical Injury Lawyer can help much either regarding work hazard.

Nonetheless, my working environment is pretty safe, as comparing to hubby’s. Some times, he has to do site visit and I really hate it. I hope that he dresses well and take extra precaution on on-site jobs.

But out of my full stack of customer lists, she has only covered 20% of them, and I’m so worried about the progress. Obviously, I need more sales person but hiring a good one is soooo hard.

I have a few sales leads from printdirectforless poster printing and ink jet printing which I want her to follow up. I hope that she can cover some of them next month. I really need to pick up the sales!
