Money!

It’s beginning of the month and I’m already thinking about payday advances. Why? It’s because it’s time of the month to pay for furniture, renovation, next term school fees and etc. We are gonna be more broke.

I should make more money!!! That’s the only solution. Actually, it should be hubby should make more money! LOL!

So, how are we going to go though these 3 months? God knows.

Retirement

With the ever raising inflation rate, it’s worrying that will we ever have enough money by the time we retire? Not to mention that most of us will have to set aside a huge amount for children education, and unless you are born with the silver spoon and have inherited a lot of money, it’s hard not to think about making more money once you have started a family.

Maybe it’s time I check out something like Missoula, MT wealth management group. I guess it’s time to seriously think about our financial condition and how and when are we going to retire. I don’t want to work hard all my life!

We went house hunting again, and again, we found a nice house with spa pavilion, swimming pool and a big living room which fits the home theater speakers! Of course, it’s pricey, and considering that we can’t buy it under our own names and must be in CASH, it’s not worth getting the house now unless we are billionaires.

I would be very happy if we can manage to get a condo first, for the time being. Since it must be paid in cash, we should be able to manage that by the end of the year. Let’s hope that my biz is growing well!

God, please bless me with LOTS OF MONEY!

Not for him

Hubby has been talking about going for the best acne treatment at the skin clinic, but he hasn’t the time to do so. Actually, the main reason is, he is reluctant to spend the money on himself and would rather spend for the kids school fees or on household. Some times, I feel so blessed to have a husband who doesn’t spend much on himself.

It’s nice to be able to just spend my money on my own. LOL!

Money issue

In my opinion, money is the most important factor in a happy marriage. I can live with the rest of other marital problems, don’t mind if the man needs male enhancement, but I can’t live in poverty and under a lot of financial stress.

I need to have financial security above all, but of course, I need everyone to be fit and healthy in my family too.

So, you bet all my wishes are all about money!

Born Rich

Honestly speaking, I do envy those who are born with privileges and trust funds, or have filthy rich parents. I have a couple of friends who are so lucky, and trust me, their lives are way much better than you can imagine. To them, it’s a piece of cake to buy gold bars, designer brands, fancy cars and etc with cash.

Yeap! Cash, not on credit. That’s the life of rich people, as they have cash to spend. For more middle working class, they might be doing the same on credit, which is not the right way of living. But who am I to judge? If I would to get a house, I need to get a house loan too, unless someone is kind enough to spare me tonnes of cash!

Spend Less

I’m so going to control my spending next month. No more impulsive shopping! I need to do a better planning with my money, especially if I want to buy gold. Maye it’s not only about gold, it’s about how I have to spend. I’ve been spending a lot this August, so I better stop next month or so until I feel like I can spend again.

Furthermore, I should put my effort in making money and building sales leads but not just spending. With my increasing work load, maybe I don’t have much time to shop next week. But after that, I better try my best to be very busy so that I have no time to visit the malls!

Selecting Life Insurance

Both hubby and I have been paying for our life insurance policies for years, and no matter what have happened, I don’t think we will cancel our policies. We would like to secure our kids’ future, if anything should happen to us. They might not be millionaires from the compensation though, but at least I would know that they can lead on their lives without much financial constrains for a couple of years, or probably until their adulthood.

Of course, I don’t wish to have anything bad happen to us! But you can deny how important a life insurance is once you have started having a family. It’s not only about paying for a coverage anymore, it’s about securing your kids’ lives, if things are not progressing as expected.

Gold

I should really start saving up to buy gold eagle coins. The gold price has been increasing over the years, and imagine how much our gold has cost, if you bought them many years ago. I’m tempted to sell some off but it’s not really necessary. I will only spend off the cash anyway, so better let the gold stay safely in the safe.

Another thing is, I wonder if I can do it if I don’t use my cards for 3 months? I should use more cash. I want to cancel off my cards once they are expired. That will be a great achievement! But seriously, it’s quite inconvenient without cards.

Rich = Pretty

I remembered that some time ago, the girlfriends and I had some conversation about how a woman can be pretty by just being rich. Most of my tai tai friends are very well groomed and they do look above average that most silais. It’s not that they don’t do house chores or they don’t have a career or don’t take care of their kids. With money, there is so much that one can do with your look.

They can afford to spend on nice and well fitted clothes, shoes, designer handbags, and even the most expensive skincare products in the market. By using the products alone might not be enough and they will go for skin treatment such as blue light therapy or intense pulse light. There is so much one can do, as long as you can pay for it. Or maybe get your rich husband to pay for it.

That’s why most rich women are quite good looking. But it might not apply to men. Not a lot rich men can leng chai you know? LOL!
