Sales Staffs

I need someone who knows programming here at my office, hopefully, my new sales can handle some simple programming. It’s so hard to participate in R&D projects if the sales person is not technically equipment. Maybe I should check out those websites that specialize in IT job search in the future, if business is picking up.

I’m still waiting for the reply from my old salesman. If he can work part time, I will have 2 persons in the sales team. That would be better than one.

Too Busy

There is so much to do on my desk, and I am still stuck with my blogs. LOL! It’s time to prioritize my daily tasks, and get things done before I’m lost in my workload again. Gee…getting busy means something good or bad?

I wish that I can be a tai tai like most of my friends, just take money from the mmf drawer or swap their husbands’ platinum cards at LV and Channel every month and don’t have to pay for anything. What a good life!!!

Too bad I’m not married to a millionaire but an entrepreneur. Sigh…

Smoking at Pubs

I used to like clubbing when I was young, and it has been so long since I last stepped foot into a pub. Hubby still goes to the pub once in a while, if there are friends around or for business purpose. Men have always had a good excuse to go clubbing!

After so long, I can’t get used to the smell of cigarettes at the pubs anymore. I hate how smelly my hair is each time I come home from the clubs. I don’t know why must they smoke, maybe it’s just for fun.

Some men told me that they would prefer cigars. It seems like cigarette smokers and different from cigar smokers, even the life insurance has different coverage, just like the one offered by an insurance agency in San Diego. This life insurance is more for those cigar smokers in US, who have been paying for “Tobacco Ratings”. This agency provides non tobacco rates for cigar smokers, and the premium should be slightly cheaper.

Personally, I’m more concerned about the smell. Does cigar smell better than cigarettes? LOL!

Diversify

I’m not sure what lies for me this year, but I know that things are going to be tougher, more challenging, and our lives will be busier. There are a lot of uncertainties in our biz, and I haven’t heard about hubby’s latest plan. Frankly, I think he should just dump the whole thing to me, and venture into something else, then only can both of us make more money. I hate to compare auto insurance quotes just to save a few bucks here and there, and want to spend money without using my brain.

The only way to do so is for him to get into something else.

Verdict on asset seizure case

The verdict on Taksin’s seized asset is stirring a lot of tension in Bangkok now. I’m not sure if things are going to be very bad tomorrow, but the best is to stay away from the hot spots. I’ve received the email from Malaysia Embassy, so it’s best to stay safe than sorry.

It’s funny to see how rich some elites can be in Thailand, even with seized assets, he can still live like a king elsewhere. The rest of us might still have to figure out where to get credit cards for bad credit. Sigh…this world is so unfair.

Lost it

Bad news, hubby didn’t get the deal. So, there goes his chance of making more $$$ before I can settle the insurance quotes. But looking from the bright side, it means that he won’t be traveling that much, if he loses it. I don’t want to be all alone with work, kids and house chores. Someone has to share some responsibilities here, ok?

Proficiency in Chinese

Hubby is going to meet the Italian guy next week, and we thought that the discussion will be done in English. Manatau, he’s just got an email telling him that they will be speaking to him in Chinese first, before the real discussion with the Italian. He got the help from Italian Embassy in KL to be his helpers, and some of them will be speaking to hubby in English. Wah seh, why so mah fan? Must test hubby’s proficiency in Chinese? LOL!

Anyway, it shouldn’t be a problem for hubby. He can speak Chinese. I hope that he will get the deal. Then, he will have more money coming in, instead of relying on our existing business. Maybe it’s time to buy gold bullion if he hits the deal. I’m sure that he won’t mind sparing me some cash to get my gold!

Interview

I let hubby settle the interview with potential employees. He will do the employee screening too, but we will both decide on which guy to hire later. I can’t speak Thai, so how am I going to ask the questions? LOL!

We still haven’t got the new guys, and honestly, I’m a bit panic. I’m not sure when is hubby going to leave the company and dump everything to me. But before that, please let me hire a new guy first!

Reunion Dinner

We are off to our reunion dinner in 30 minutes and here I am blogging myself silly away. LOL!

We will be enjoying good food with the great company of family members, so it’s going to be a joyous moment. I wonder if anyone of us is taking the best weight loss supplements so that we won’t have a big tummy for our beach trip tomorrow. No one wants to show off a big tummy in bikini, especially me. LOL!
